What sets Warwick’s Chef School apart from the rest is that we have set our school up to simulate a real life hospitality environment.   Students receive intensive individual training in our lab kitchen on a daily basis, and are also exposed to bulk catering and the pressures for real weddings, function & conference catering in our on-site restaurant and function venue, The Class Room Restaurant.

On-site restaurant and function venue, The Class Room, we thus do not operate with the usual Monday to Friday school schedule approach, but rather get the Students into the routine of training over weekends, as will be the norm when they are employed as chefs.

All function catering and training is done under the watchful eyes of our experienced instructors in all the Sections for the kitchen including larder, hot kitchen and the pastry section.
