Sous Chef / Head Lecturer, Miss Annabell Kapot, has been with the school since 1992. She has done extensive private catering in South Africa, and has also worked in establishments in Austria and France. Annabell was part of the team during Chef Warwick's Onrust Kitchen days. |

Theory Lecturer Mr Steve Davison joined the school in 2003. He has worked for many years in the hospitality industry and served on the SACA committee in the Western Cape. He was also previously Head Chef Lecturer at the Granger Bay Hotel School in Cape Town. |

Pastry Lecturer, Mr Krusto Fortune, joined the school in 2003, after his return from London where he gained valuable experience in this industry. Krusto teaches the fine art of baking, patisserie and chocolate work and also heads up the French lessons at the school. |

Mr Corni Olivier, lecturer and instructor joined the Warwick's
team in 2010 after working in some of the top establishments in South Africa and
Mauritius as well as on cruise liners. Besides his formal chef training, Corni is
also qualified in hospitality studies. |
